Day to day
Analytics
What your agent sold and handled, day by day — and the same meter your bill is based on, so there is never a surprise.
Pick the period
Today, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days are one tap each. Custom lets you pick any two dates, up to a year at a time, with ready-made This month, Last month and This year. Every figure is counted on your shop's own clock and compared with the same number of days right before. The app has the same choice, with a calendar.
What you see
- What your agent sold — the orders your AI agent took in chats: sales, order count, average order and its share of everything confirmed, then the road from a customer's first message to a delivered parcel, and where most chats stop.
- Orders your agent placed — every one of them in the period, newest first: the customer's name, the store's order number, the date, what was ordered, the amount, how it is paid and where it stands now (not sent yet, sent, on the way, delivered, returned or cancelled). Tap one to open the order; Open chat opens the conversation it came from.
- Sales — confirmed orders on the day they came in, split into chat (your agent) and website, with a day-by-day chart. Confirmed orders only — drafts and expired orders never inflate it.
- The rest of the report — your whole store, what sells, website confirmations, delivery and returns, the agent's chats and replies, customers, busy hours, and the money left in carts and drafts.

What counts as a reply
One pool of replies covers WhatsApp, Instagram DM and Messenger together. The counting is simple and in your favour:
| Event | Cost |
|---|---|
| A message your agent sends and delivers | 1 reply |
| Products the agent shows | 1 reply per product, even when several arrive together in one swipeable message (10 products = 10 replies) |
| The agent reads inside a photo to answer (a screenshot, a payment slip) | 3 replies — the reading, not the receiving |
| Anything the customer sends you — text, photos, voice notes | 0 — receiving is always free |
| A reply WhatsApp refused / closed window | 0 — you pay for delivered replies only |
The meter on Home and Analytics — "Replies used · {month} so far" — is the exact figure billing uses, against your plan's monthly allowance. It resets with your billing month.
