The free trial

• 14 days, no card. Pick any plan in the welcome wizard and the trial runs on it with full features.
• Once per account. Your first business gets the trial; further businesses on the same sign-in start on a paid plan.
• Nothing is charged without you. When the trial ends the agent pauses until you subscribe — it never converts into a charge on its own.

The plans

A completed sale, photo and all, is about 5–9 replies — so Starter's 10,000 replies is roughly 1,100–2,000 completed sales a month. The full counting rules are on Analytics: everything the customer sends is free to receive; a reply your agent sends is 1; and when the agent reads inside a photo to answer, that reading counts as 3.

Build your own

Under Plan & usage → Build your own: set the reply volume yourself (3,000 to 120,000), switch off the photo/voice module or the advance-payments module if you won't use them, and pick seats. When your shape matches a named plan the price says so — it is the same product priced from one table.

Paying and managing the card

• Checkout is in the panel — the card form is embedded on our page, processed by Paddle (our merchant of record). Card details never touch our servers; receipts and invoices arrive by email after every charge.
• Change card / billing portal — Plan & usage → Billing & card: change the card in place, open the invoice portal, see the next payment date and amount.
• Switch plans any time — today (prorated — only the difference for the rest of the month) or at your next renewal; the dialog shows the exact money before you confirm. A subscription is never double-charged: switching always reuses the one you have.
• Turn off auto-renew — one click, with the honest note: your plan stays fully active until the end of what you already paid for; nothing switches off early, and you can re-subscribe any time.

If you run out of replies

By default the agent stops at your allowance — with a free grace band of about 10% so a busy day never cuts off mid-sale — and you are never billed extra by omission. Prefer it to keep selling? Flip Keep answering, and bill me under If you run out: extra replies cost $5 per 1,000. Moving up a plan step is usually cheaper — the page says so right there.

Several businesses, one account

Each business (workspace) carries its own plan, usage, team and bill. The switcher at the top of the sidebar adds another business in one field — separate customers, separate settings, separate billing.
