Team & roles
Add your people and choose exactly what each one can do — start from a sensible role, fine-tune per area, and never share a password.
Adding someone
- Invite by email
Dashboard → Team → Invite a member: their email, plus one question — "What will they do?" The answers are plain language: handles replies & orders → Staff · runs the whole operation → Manager · verifies payments only → Finance · just needs to look → Viewer.
- They sign up with that exact email
No invite email is sent — that is by design. Tell them to create an account at panel.dihyahraj.com/signup with the same email, and they land in your business automatically.
- Fine-tune any time
Permissions on their row opens the editor: pick a role preset, read the plain-sentence summary of what they can do, or open the advanced grid — nine areas, each with View and Manage.
The roles
| Role | What it can do |
|---|---|
| Owner | Everything, including billing and business settings. Billing is owner-only no matter what boxes are ticked. |
| Manager | Runs the whole operation — everything except the workspace itself and billing. |
| Staff | Day to day: customers, orders and payments, with analytics visible. |
| Finance | Verifies payments and advances; sees orders and analytics. |
| Inbox only | Answers chats in the Inbox. Sees nothing else. |
| Viewer | Read-only across the whole dashboard. |
- Roles are presets you start from; checkboxes only ever add access on top.
- Granting sensitive access (customers, payments, integrations, team) asks you to confirm first.
- A teammate can be limited to only the conversations assigned to them.
- Seats come from your plan (5 on Starter up to 25 on Max). When all are used, the invite says so — remove someone or move up a plan.
Leaving and removing
Remove on a member's row takes their access instantly (they keep their own sign-in and any other businesses). An invited member can also leave on their own from their Account page — leaving removes their access only; nothing about your business is deleted.
